LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING - NLP
What
is NLP? The answer is many things, but mainly it is using
different kinds of mental exercises to switch the way you
think about something, to bring about a total change. NLP
is used during hypnotherapy and on it’s own too. It is
difficult to describe and yet it is simply using your
senses to the maximum to work out changes in your life. An
example could be dealing with a phobia…………….. using a scale
of 1 – 10 at the beginning of a session to see where you
are with your fear with 1 being the least affected and 10
the most. During the session perhaps more than one type of
mental exercise will be used during which the question will
be repeated, until the answer is 1 or 0.
Using persuasive talk and suggestions and making someone’s
mind work very hard will show a good result.
